I believe connecting to oneself and learning about oneself is the most valuable thing a person can do.​

By combining massage and manual therapies with guided somatic awareness, I create tailored sessions to help people understand the anatomy of their muscle tension patterns and recover from pain and stress.

I create a cauldron of care that honors the unseen and holds space for all parts of your being, bringing multidimensional self care to your life.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?Just give me a call or send me a text! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so before 48 hours prior to your appointment time. This allows me to open the time to other clients. A $50 deposit is required for booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, your deposit is transferable or refundable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours prior to your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
