BODYWORK
My journey into studying bodywork began a decade ago during my struggle to make sense of my own chronic illnesses and learn how to prioritize self-care in order to lead a functional life.
I collaborate closely with my clients to explore solutions to their specific pain. Approaching each session as a unique opportunity to learn and build upon previous sessions, I deepen my understanding of each client’s pain patterns as they evolve over time. This ensures my work remains relevant, adapting to how the body changes through ongoing treatment.
A key aspect of my bodywork sessions is guiding clients through somatic awareness, helping them develop an embodied understanding of their anatomy and muscular tension patterns. Transforming technical anatomy terms into accessible, experience-based understanding allows me to highlight each client’s embodied experience, increasing proprioception and building physical and mental confidence and strength.
A session with me integrates precise muscle work with soothing modalities that calm the nervous system, as I attune to each body’s unique tolerance and reactivity. This skillful and attentive flow of work enables the body to absorb the treatment at deeper, more comprehensive levels.
As a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming practitioner, I am known for my patient presence and ability to gracefully accommodate bodies with differing abilities. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals with chronic illnesses and addressing muscular pain problems for those with chronic fatigue and chronic pain.
With a background in clothing creation and puppet building, I bring decades of creative spatial thinking about the body and its movement to my practice, enhancing my creative problem-solving approach to addressing pain patterns.
Knowledgeable in working with bodies with hyper-mobility, I replace traditional approaches that place strain on joints with techniques that target the muscle belly and relieve chronic muscle fatigue. Specialized neuromuscular therapy is a major focus of this work, engaging the brain-body connection to retrain contracted muscle tissue, correct holding patterns, and decrease pain.
My sessions blend various modalities, including clinical deep tissue, myofascial release, Neuromuscular Therapies, Cupping Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release Technique, Intra-Oral TMJ, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish Massage, Acupressure, and Thai bodywork.

Energy Magick journeys are rooted in somatic, energetic, and emotional mindfulness, and use creative visualization and ritual to lead you through an immersive, fantastical journey to your inner realms. Here in this space of altered consciousness, you will intentionally connect with your unique essence and uncover wisdom from within as you learn skills to collaborate with your own energy.
With over 30 years of exploring energy and the unseen realms, and more than 20 years as a practitioner, I have woven together tools and systems to intuitively create this signature modality.
In the liminal spaces between worlds, where possibilities unfold and we break free from the one-dimensional thinking we’re often conditioned to accept as our only reality, possibilities unfold. We let go of our reasoning thoughts, and open ourselves to new perspectives and transformation.
In the realms beyond what we see with our eyes, we can tap into our multidimensional anatomy and reality, and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves beyond the physical. We bring compassion to ourselves and learn to accept our humanness. Here we uncover wisdom only conjured from connection with our true essence. From the wisdom we gain here, we learn how to authentically care for our true selves and others. We open ourselves to ease and grace, self trust and confidence, empowerment and enrichment.
Energy Magick sessions can be deep work. As a trauma-informed practitioner, all parts of your being - emotions, thoughts, traumas, concerns, and resistance are welcome in my space. Descending into shadow places, we illuminate the wisdom that is to be gleaned in the dark corners of our being. Although explorations to these realms can be uncomfortable, it is through the discomfort that you will find treasures of your truth.
Remember that you are in charge of your session. I will never force you beyond what your inner wisdom is ready to take on. Your consent and preferences are always my singular priority.
My life's work is dedicated to helping people reconnect with aspects of the self beyond our local reality, to feel more integrated and whole, recover the wonder that exists within us all, and shine with their unique truth to make the world a better place for us all.
